Evidence stays separate. Affiliate relationships do not change sold-price records, crime counts, planning results, flood information, source coverage or the questions raised in a property report.

Coverage before commission. For broadband, we place the official Ofcom availability checker before commercial comparison choices. A provider link is not evidence that service is available at a particular address.

Clear labels. Monetised links are marked as commercial partners and use the appropriate sponsored-link attribute. Non-commercial official sources remain available alongside them.

Prices, availability, rewards, speeds and contract terms can change. Check the provider’s current total contract cost, price rises, guarantees and exit fees before ordering.
