What we do

We help buyers, renters and movers begin their research with recorded sold prices, local market context, crime records, flood information, planning designations, schools and everyday services. We link to primary sources so important details can be checked.

What we deliberately do not do

We do not inspect homes, value property, certify safety or replace professional searches. Public data can be delayed or incomplete, and a neighbourhood cannot responsibly be reduced to one opaque score.

Our standard

Facts should be dated, attributed and separated from user-supplied information. Missing data should remain visibly missing. Commercial relationships must not change the evidence presented.
